Utilising ITG’s Black Soldier Fly technology we treat collected toilet resources from a varied range of scaled sanitation infrastructure, from individually emptied toilet modules right up to the large sewered systems. We have focussed on what combinations of these faecal resources can be effectively and efficiently stabilised and transformed into biologically and chemically safe end-products.
We are in the process of engineering a bespoke faecal reference plant that will focus on producing data for the validation of a combination of different hazardous resource streams, which will be combined with existing group processing technologies. This will form the industrial model blueprint that will be used in our first industrial scale BioCycle factory.
